1st : 8MB(FP type) board.

The first article is about 8MB board. This would be obtained by piling same chips on your original 4MB board.
In many cases, those chips may be 16160 or 18160. They are 16Mbits Fast Page type DRAM.
These chips may be found in the junk parts (e.g. old 16MB modules) of second-hand shops which deal old notebooks and old parts.
Then, you should take out the chips from the module carefully.
Mounting these chips to 4MB board seems to be easy work, but soldering may not.

Connections and wiring.
All pins of upper chips should be soldered to same pins of lower chips except #18 pin(*RAS). Two #18 pins of upper chips should be tied and connected to #48 terminal of the connector with thin wire. You'll be able to find easily #48 near silk printed #60.

The right picture shows the 8MB board.
You'll be also able to see nice examples at Mr. Ponta's site (a different person from Mr. PONTA).
