English Note

記事中の「PC110_TFT_interface_ALL.zip」をダウンロードしておき、その内の「ガーバー・データ...111.zip」及び、「BOM.xls」、「map.zip」の中身(ファイル名.

PC110 TFT-LCD 31 “A relay board will be presented” *Addition

If you have a "PC110" that screen display is no longer visible due to the DSTN liquid crystal vinegar syndrome, if you are willing to improve it, I will give you a "TFT module relay board" for free.

One for one person, two people. 2 in total. (Fig_1)
Excuse me, but I will omit the detailed explanation.
For details, please refer to my previous article.
For example, "relay board manufacture".

If you are interested, please give me your e-mail address and nickname from [Private Message] of [一言板]= [itigon ban].
After decided, I will ask you for your name and address.

The reason for the gift is that them has been surplus already.
The gift conditions is that you should use for your real experiments.
And please tell us the situation at the end with a simple report.
(Whether to announce to public it or not shall be discussed)

If possible, soldering is preferable. (But not required)
A part of the PCB has a pattern cut.
If possible, see if the differences in the TFT modules used can be accommodated in this area.
(This is not seriously also.) (Fig_2 <click>)

My DTN-TFT module works normally both in disconnected and uncut state, but I don't know what it will be if the module is different.

* Additional notes:
Since there was an opinion and suggestion from a certain person, I will supplement as follows according to it.
For each person orders "Assembled PCBA the relay board" by himself, add only the “essence” where there is a lack of explanation.

"checking of sent / written data before ordering"
You should download "PC110_TFT_interface_ALL.zip" in that article, and confirm the contents (such as file name.extension, the number of files) of "the Gerber data ... 111.zip", "BOM.xls" and "map.zip".

"Preparation of PCBA manufacturing"
First, "registration" should be performed on the premise of placing an order with the factory "Seeed / Fusion".
(If you don't like this factory, you can use another manufacturing company.
It is OK if it is a factory that receives the Gerber output of "KiCAD". However, "Procured parts cost and assembly cost" may not be so cheap)
From the presented menu, select the "Parts Embedded PCBA" item, write the data group, look at the “estimate” that comes out, and if you are satisfied with the amount, you may placed in an order.

The “the Gerber file name” may be changed as appropriate, but it must be unified.
This is necessary when you read the explanatory material provided by the "Seeed / Fusion", collate the contents, and post the files.
The general procedure is to send data from the previous "PCBA with assembly" window, check the estimated amount coming out, press the order button to place an order, pay, and then wait.
If you wait while watching the progress in the "Order History", you will have a "PCBA finished product that can be used as is".

"Expenses etc."
Estimates including shipping costs may vary during discount campaigns and due to differences in product transportation routes.
As will be described later, the unit price of the parts procured from the supplier is almost the mass production price, so it seems to be cheaper than procuring in Japan or other coutry.
In addition, sending parts from Japan to the factory seems to be much cumbersome, so I do not recomend you such way.

"Sending / writing Gerber data"
Details on how to place an order can be found in the explanatory material of the factory.
(Sometimes you may be wondering if you can press this button or not, ... you may try as a luck, or as your decision ! Lol)

There are 6 to 9 of "Gerber files.
The “file name” is the same for all, and the “extension name” is the name specified / rewritten. It seems that the number of files will increase if you include unused layers.
(There may be unnecessary files in the above ALL.zip also. "Forgive me with laughing"♪)

"Parts for Assembling"
The parts to be procured and installed by "Seeed/Fusion" should be specified by the "BOM.xls" and "map.zip".
Whether the factory has the necessary parts in stock or not can be checked by examining the factroy or other supplier's inventory list, but the two types of connectors currently in BOM.xls are in stock (at that time).
The price of parts procured by the factory is reasonable (I think) that is close to the mass production price.
Much parts seem to be available that cannot be get in Japan.
(The "top side pin connector" was difficult to find in Japanese dealers.)

"PayPal" was the best payment, and the order-receipt period was about one month, but now unknown.

If you submitting to another manufacturing company, it is necessary to change the "extension" of the data name, etc., but this has not been investigated.

(Good luck to those who produce "PCBA relay board" with "PC110 _..._ ALL.zip" above!)
