PC110 No.1 状態 点検 ［to English Note］
この「PC110」の1号機「No.1:イチロー（仮称）」（5型WVGA-TFT-LCD）、以前、「みみラボ」さんから頂いた物で、"液晶の劣化"と、私のミスで起きた"音が割れる"状態以外は、至極健康だ。（感謝！ 図１）
（"音割れ"は、解説書によると、ステレオ・プラグを差すべき所に、モノラル・プラグを差した為で、音出力の片方の回路が壊れてしまったんだそうな。;><;）
"液晶画面"は、「5型WVGA-TFT-LCD」に替えたので、表示は至って鮮やかだ。
しかし、現在は、"B/L（バックライト）電源"を"液晶駆動電源"から取っているが、ここは電流容量が小さいので、少々無理をさせている状況だ。
出来れば、"INV（インバータ）電源"の方に切り替えた方が良いだろうと思う。
今、「小型DC-DCコンバータ」を発注しているので、それが来てから、入れ替えようと思っている。
（もしかしたら、その「DCコンバータ」で、3段階の輝度制御が出来るかもしれないので、それも実験してみるつもり）
「WVGA-TFT-LCD」で表示させる為に、支援プログラム「ct65535c.exe」と「ct65535w.exe」とを使っている。
このマシンは、最終目標の「Win95」で"無線LAN"でインターネットを閲覧出来る状態になっている。（図２［クリック］）
実は、このマシンの"クロック周波数"や、使える"ブラウザ"では、"インターネット・サイトの閲覧"は、容易ではない。
でも、探せば、閲覧出来るサイトも見付かるだろうと思っている。
マルチブート・マネジャ「MBM」（現在、私も拝借中）を公開されている「えるむ by ChaN」さんの処は、「IE.5.5」ででも閲覧可能なので、有難い！（図５）

＋＋＋ 16MB拡張メモリ、クロック・アップ ＋＋＋
今、数枚の"16MB拡張メモリ作成"作業で、アップアップして（溺れそうになって）いるのだが、この「16/32MB拡張メモリ」は以前の元気のあった時代の作品で、ゲートICを2個も使い、起動遅延回路も入っている（豪華な？）ものだ。（図３左側）
"メモリ・チップ"は、32MB相当（「HM51131656FTD6」）なんだが、実際に使っているのは16MBだけ、という甚だ勿体無い使い方をしている。
（多分、"補助プログラム"を使えば、20MB以上に出来るかもしれないが、まぁ、これは、このまま使おう！）
また、"クロック回路"は、ご多分に漏れず、40MHzが出るように配線替えをしてある。（図３右上）
線が交差しないような配線の仕方もあるが、ここでは、交差させて最短距離で配線してある。
クロック・アップしたから、動作が見違えるように速くなった．．．といいたい処だが、実は、あまり差が良く分からない。でも、少しは速くなっているのだろう。
尚、放熱板のつもりで付けたのだと思うが、CPUの上に小さなアルミ板が張り付けてあった。
はてさて、効果が有るのか無いのか？私も分からない。(^^;?（図４［クリック］）
＋＋＋ ネット・ブラウジング、電力を絞れるAP ＋＋＋
私蔵「PC110」群の"動態"は、"インターネット閲覧"だ。
その"ブラウザ"として、「PC-DOS」上で「WebBoy」を用いる手もあると思うが、「Win95，Win98」と「無線LANカードWLI-PCM-L11GP／PCWA-C150S」は、使い慣れているので、主にこれらを使おう。
"ブラウザ"は、もう"IE.5.5"が、最後で最善らしい。
（改良版のブラウザを幾つか試してみたが、どれも重過ぎて、使えないものばかりだった）
"無線LAN系"は、暗号化の弱い"WEP"にせざるを得ないのだが、電波を撒き散らしたくないので、AP（アクセス・ポイント）の電力は、思い切り絞りたい。
ところが、通常のAPは、遠くまで飛ばすことをメリットにしているものが多いので、厄介だ。
ここで、「T.S」さんから頂いたCisco製のAP（AIR-LAP1042N-P-K9）が役に立つ！（感謝！ 図６［クリック］）
これは、相当なハイパワー側もOKなら、逆に微弱パワー側もOKなようだ。確か、最小パワーは、"1mW"程だったように思う。
数m以内で使うから、1mWでも多過ぎるかもしれないが、流石に、これ以下には下げられない。（笑）
ただ、この系は、同じ設定でも、毎回「PC110」側から接続し直さねばならないようだ。
これらの系で、上記のサイトを拝見したら、（文字崩れや閲覧不能警告など無しで、）申し分無く綺麗に表示された♪（図５）
以前なら、こんな閲覧などは、出来て当たり前だったのだが、昨今では、サイト側の配慮が無いと、"非力マシン"では難しい。

PC110 No.1 Condition check
The first machine " No.1:Ichiro (tentative name)" (5-inch WVGA-TFT-LCD) of this "PC110" was previously Mr."Mimi Lab" gave me, it is still extremely healthy except had become to "LCD deterioration" and (caused by my mishandling) "the sound cracking". ( Fig.1 )
("Sound cracking" is, according to the manual, because one of the circuits of the sound output was broken because the monaural plug was inserted where the stereo plug should be inserted. ;><;)
The "LCD screen" was replaced with "5-inch TFT LCD", so the display is very vivid.
However, at present, the "B/L (BackLight) power supply" is taken from the "liquid crystal drive power supply", but the current capacity is small here, so it is a little overwhelming.
If possible, I think it would be better to switch to the "INV (Inverter) power supply".
I'm ordering a "small DC-DC converter" now, so I'm thinking of replacing it after it arrives.
(Maybe that "DC converter" may be able to control the brightness in 3 steps, so I'm going to experiment with that too.)
Use the support programs "ct65535c.exe" and "ct65535w.exe" to display images on "WVGA-TFT-LCD".
This machine is ready to work at the final goal state that is able to browse the Internet via "wireless LAN" on "Win95". ( Fig.2 [click] )
In fact, "browsing internet sites" is not easy with the "clock frequency" and the "browser" that can be used for this machine.
However, I think that if I search, I'll find a site that can browse.
Multiboot manager "MBM" (currently I am also borrowing) is open to the public " Erum by ChaN "'s place is " IE.5.5 " can also be viewed, so thank you ! ( Fig.5 )

+++ 16MB expansion memory, clock up +++
Now, I'm hard working on a few "16MB extended memory" making, and I'm up (and almost drowning), but this "16/32MB extended memory" is a work of the previous energetic era, and the gate It uses two ICs and has a start-up delay circuit (luxury ?). ( Fig.3 left side)
The "memory chip" is equivalent to 32MB ("HM51131656FTD6"), but I'm actually using only 16MB, which is a terrible use...
(Maybe if I use the "auxiliary program", I can make it over 20MB, but well, let's use this as it is !)
Also, the "clock circuit" has been rewired so that 40MHz can be output without leaking. ( Fig.3 Upper right)
There may be another way of wiring so that the lines do not intersect, but here, they are intersected and wired at the shortest distance.
Since the clock was up, the operation may became so fast. ... I want to say that, but in fact, I don't really understand the difference. But maybe it's a little faster.
In addition, I think that it was attached as a heat sink, but a small aluminum plate was attached on the CPU.
Well, is it effective or not ? I do not know either. z(^^;? ( Fig.4 [click] )
++++ Internet browsing, AP that can reduce output power ++++
The "dynamics" of my owned "PC110"s is "Internet browsing".
As the "browser", I think there is a way to use "WebBoy" on "PC-DOS". , "Win95, Win98" and "Wireless LAN card WLI-PCM-L11GP / PCWA-C150S I'm used to, so I'll mainly use these.
As for "browser", "IE.5.5" seems to be the last and best.
(I tried several improved browsers, but all of them were too heavy to use.)
"Wireless LAN system" has to be "WEP" with weak encryption, so I don't want to scatter radio waves, so I want to reduce the power of AP (access point) as much as possible...
However, many ordinary APs have the advantage of flying far, which is troublesome.
Here, the AP (AIR-LAP1042N-P-K9) made by Cisco given by Mr."T.S.") is useful ! (Thank you ! Fig.6 [click] )
It seems that the high power side is OK, and the weak power side is also OK. Certainly, I think the minimum power was about "1mW".
Since it is used within a few meters, 1mW may be too much, but as expected, it cannot be lowered below this. (Lol)
However, even with the same settings, this system seems to have to be reconnected from the "PC110" side every time.
When I visited the above site with these systems, it was displayed perfectly and beautifully (without text corruption or inaccessibility warning) ♪ ( Fig.5 )
In the past, it was natural to be able to browse like this, but nowadays it is difficult to do with a "powerless machine" without consideration on the site side.
